One of the coolest games to be released on the Nintendo Wii is Lego Star Wars.
The best thing about this game is that you get to play through levels of all six Star Wars episodes. This is great fun for anyone who is a fan of the Star Wars movies. Wii Fit was one of the first games on the Nintendo Wii and it was the game that sent it to stardom. This game showed the world how truly versatile the Nintendo Wii was and the fact that it was totally different to every other gaming console on the market.
What is Wii Fit?
Wii Fit is basically like a virtual personal gym in the sense that it gets you to do exercise every time you play. Wii Fit comes with a Balance Board which allows you to swivel, kick, lean, etc. so that you can get fully involved in all the sports that you play.
The main idea behind the Wii Fit is “balance”. The people at Nintendo believe that bad balance is a sign of bad health and usually means your back, neck or shoulders are out of place. The Wii Balance Board works on this by making you balance in different activities and thus re correcting your centre of gravity.
There are special games and programs for people over 40 which are more gentle and work the core. This is essential for good back health as the years go by.
